The town of Coudersport is mourning the death of a teenager who died early yesterday morning. A 16-year- old was pronounced dead and another was critically injured after their vehicle crashed. Teenager Kaleb Bryan Haynes died at the scene after the driver Joey Osborne, 21, misjudged a curve, hit a utility pole, and flipped over off Route 49 at 4:15 a.m. Osbourne was taken to Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, NY. The accident still remains under investigation.
