PennDot Contract For Vehicle Emissions Inspections to Save Drivers Money

PennDot recently negotiated a contract for vehicle emissions and safety inspection station management services with Parsons commercial technology group to begin in October. It will save the state approximately $1 million annually and could save vehicle owners nearly $5.5 million.
