Former Olean Family Health Center employee faces major charges. Amy Buchanan, 36, was arrested Wednesday night by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of Grand Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. It’s believed that Buchanan stole over 36 thousand dollars from Olean Family Health Center over a two month period and over 25 grand from Dr. Zia Sheikh from November 2011 to March 2012 by using the credit cards for her own personal use. She is also being accused of possessing three known forged prescriptions which she had filled at the Olean Rite Aid. Buchanan will reappear in Olean Court on July 25th.
