Arrest Made in Connection With Potter County Rape Case

An arrest has been made in connection with a rape case in Potter County that dates back to October of last year. Blaise Alackness, 37, of Roulette Township was arrested Friday and is now in the Potter County Jail. The victim told police she had been hit in the head while she was sleeping, and was sexually assaulted. Officials say they linked him to trace evidence found at the scene. He faces multiple charges including rape, and aggravated assault.
