Arrest Made in Cattaraugus Indian Reservation Murder

An arrest has been made for the murder of Jesse Seneca, the 20-year-old man whose body was found on a dirt road near the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation in Erie County on Saturday. Police arrested Seneca’s half-brother, 22-year-old Cody Testerman, and charged him with second degree murder. Seneca was last seen late last Tuesday night with Testerman, who allegedly stabbed his half-brother while they were out for a walk. Testerman entered a plea of not guilty and is being held without bail. Police said the investigation is ongoing and that more charges could be pending. WVTT Reached out to Testerman’s family who said they are not commenting right now.
