Zoning Hearing Board Approves Exception for Mixed Use of Former Elementary School

The Kane Zoning Hearing Board has approved a special exception for mixed use at the former Chestnut Street Elementary School. That approval clears the way for the sale of the building to Kane Manufacturing for $100,000. The company will use the upper level for offices and rent the lower level.
