WVTT spoke
with Allegany County District Attorney Keith Slep who
said all of the
Wellsville High School drug arrests are stemming from
one incident which first
took place on Wednesday, June 6th. According to Slep, the defendants that are 16
and older will be tried in county court and could face felony drug charges.
Anyone under 16 will be tried in family court.
