The Olean YMCA will be having signups all week for its free splash program that will be running next week. Aquatics Director Brian Perkins says that this is a great way for children over the age of 5, to get experience with water safety. The program has two time slots available one at 10 in the morning and one at 6 in the evening and will run every day next week.
