The Race for a US Senate Seat is on in NY

Earlier this week a state senate hopeful spoke in Olean. Republican George Maragos spoke at the John Ash Community Center at a meeting hosted by the Cattaraugus County Tea Party Patriots. Maragos stated how important it is for the government to be more fiscally responsible and reduce spending and criticized the Obama administration for overspending. Maragos is currently the Nassau county comptroller. He is one of three candidate hopefuls vying for incumbent Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand’s seat.
