Potter County Woman Faces Revocation of Her Parole

A Potter County woman who was in the car pulled over by a McKean County lawman just before he was shot and killed will be in court tomorrow facing a revocation of her parole. 33 year old Michelle Nelson of Coudersport was convicted  of perjury in 2006 and was on parole when she failed a urine test bay on May 3rd. Nelson provided false testimony at a hearing involving Timothy Williams, who was convicted of fatally shooting Kane Borough  police officer Steve Jerman during a traffic stop in Wetmore Township back in 1999.
