Congressman Reed Advances His Crusade on Wasteful Spending

Congressman Tom Reed is advancing his crusade on wasteful government spending. Congressman Reed is highlighting $356,933 taxpayer dollars that were spent for a study on the link between cocaine and the mating habits of quail. Reed’s purpose in highlighting this study was to show an example of his effort to combat government wasteful spending. According to Reed this is a question of priorities saying that almost $357,000 may not be a lot of money to people in Washington, but it’s a lot of money in Western New York.
