Some swimming pool owners in Bradford are saying city code enforcement is all wet. There is controversy as Bradford City Code Enforcement is cracking down on swimming pools 24 inches or deeper. Zoning disallows pools in the front yard, and requires self-locking fences. Some property owners are being made to take their pools down if they are not in compliance.
