Arrests Pending After Shooting and Car Crash in Richburg

Authorities say one person is in serious condition and arrests are pending following a shooting and a car crash in Allegany County. It happened around 1:30 Monday morning in Richburg. No one was injured by the gunfire according to State Police, but they tell WVTT News Radio four people fled the scene in a vehicle that crashed at a nearby intersection. The most seriously injured was flown to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, while three others were treated at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville.
