Another Deadline Push Back

Yet another deadline push back on the Lewis Run Bridge construction in McKean County. The detour for the 1.3 million dollar Lewis Run Bridge project has been delayed another week. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation expected the detour to be in place by June 11, but that date has been pushed back twice now in order to finish preliminary work. The detour is now expected to be in place by June 25 and is predicted to last through late August. . L.C. Whitford of Wellsville is the contractor for this project and the work is scheduled to be finished in late September.
