11-year-old Girl Hit by Minivan While Riding Bicycle

An 11-year-old girl riding her bicycle was hit by a minivan Wednesday afternoon. Police identified the girl as Grace Dodwell. Dodwell was riding her bike in Mansfield when she turned into the path of Kenneth W. Minnekine who was driving the vehicle. Dodwell was flown to Women and Children's Hospital in Buffalo after sustaining injuries to her left side. WVTT contacted the hospital who said Dodwell was discharged yesterday. No charges will be filed against Minnekine.
