US EPA to Start Phase Two of Chesapeake Bay Watershed Implementation Project

The United States Environmental Protection Agency is starting phase two of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Implementation project by evaluating Bay jurisdiction. NY's portion of the Chesapeake Bay watershed is made up of the Upper Susquehanna River and Chemung River watershed. These waters cover much of the Southern Tier reaching Allegany, Steuben, and Tioga counties to name a few.
