The Allegany County Legislators met today and
one of the items on the agenda was a vote on an agreement with P2 Collaborative
of Western New York and the Allegany County Office for the aging. The
Legislators voted yes on the proposed agreement the Office for the Aging to provide transition coaching to help people on Medicaid and Medicare who
are discharged from Jones Memorial Hospital.
