Post Offices Cutting Hours

Post Offices across the country are cutting their operations hours because Americans aren’t using the post office as much as they used to. The US postal service announced yesterday that the thirty seven hundred post offices that were targeted this month for closing will remain open. This affects about 13 thousand rural post offices- and many will have to cut their hours of operation from a full day to a half day. The postal service will start reducing office hours at rural post offices starting around Labor Day.
