The man who escaped from McKean County jail in 2007 has
been found. Yesterday NYS police arrested 28 year old Joseph Chapman after they
got a tip from a local resident who had recognized Chapman from an episode of
America’s Most Wanted. Chapman has
been wanted on charges involving the sexual assault of a child and rape. He is
being held in the Chautauqua County Jail.
