Bids are In!

Bids for the East Olean Reconstruction Project were due yesterday, and the bids received will be discussed at the Olean Common Council meeting tonight. The city has 3.55 million dollars from local and state funding to use on the project. With any left over money the city receives they hope to be able to extend the project and get more done than they expected.
