Flags to be Flown at Half-Staff Today to Honor Deceased State Trooper
Flags will be flown at half-staff on government buildings in NY today to honor a state trooper who died in a car crash while on duty. Trooper Amanda Anna died after her patrol car overturned on a storm-slicked road Friday night north of Syracuse. Governor Cuomo ordered flags to be flown at half-staff today which is the day of the 31 year old’s funeral. Anna was a six-year veteran of the state police and the mother of a 4 year old son.
