The Battle to Legalize Medical Marijuana

New York State Lawmakers continue their push to legalize medical marijuana before the session ends in late June. A poll released yesterday shows opposition to the measure is loosing steam. Currently 17 states allow medical use of marijuana. Senate Republicans have been lukewark to the bill, but governor Cuomo said last he's opposed to it leaving little chance for its passage this year.
