Wellsville Police arrested Mickey L. Buchler, age 23 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI with a BAC of .08% or more and Fail to Keep Right. The charges stem from a property damage auto accident that took place on the Genesee Parkway after the vehicle Buchler was operating struck the center guard rail. Buchler was processed and released to a third party. Buchler is due in Wellsville Village Court on April 10th at 5 pm.
