State Police arrest three in separate DWI stops

PRESS RELEASE
Amity, NY - April 16, 2012
Amity based State Police report the following DWI related arrests from Sunday, April 15, 2012:
Subsequent to a traffic stop by Troopers on ST-275 at Salt Rising Rd. in Bolivar, NY, for failing to stop at a stop sign, COREY J. CANFIELD, 23, of Shinglehouse, PA was arrested for Felony - Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree, Felony - DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, operating with an unregistered and uninspected motor vehicle. CANFIELD was arraigned in the Village of Bolivar Court and released.
A traffic stop for eratic operation by an Allegany County Sheriff's Deputy, assisted by the the Amity-based State Police, led to the arrest of STANLEY F. CLARK, 38, of Hemlock, NY, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree, DWI and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. CLARK was processed by the State Police and is due back in the Town of Amity Court at a later date.
State Police in Allegany County responded to a 911 call regarding a road rage incident on ST-19 in the Town of Caneadea. An investigation into the incident resulted in the arrest of KEVIN M. MARION, 51, of Caneadea, NY, for Aggravated DWI (BAC greater than .18%) and Reckless Driving. MARION was processed by the State Police and is due back in the Town of Caneadea Court at a later date.
