Residents of Cole Manor in Coudersport had to be evacuated Tuesday after smoke was reportedly seen come from the second story of the building. No injuries were reported and the residents were all removed from the building safely and without incident. Coudersport firefighters had the fire extinguished within minutes. No word on the cause.
