A Potter County man has been jailed…accused of having inappropriate contact with a nine year old girl. State police charged 22-year old Timothy Matteson with felony Aggravated Indecent Assault and other counts. Troopers said the alleged incident occurred in February at Matteson’s home on Fourth Street in Roulette. Arraigned in court, he was jailed with bail set at $25,000.
