Power outages linger

The late season winter storm dumped a little more heavy, wet snow across the area overnight…but the biggest concern remains power outages. Early this morning, National Grid was reporting more than 50 separate outages in and around Cattaraugus County…affecting about 2,300 customers. A very large contingent of National Grid crews were staged in Allegany early today. Meanwhile, NYSEG is reporting 92 customers without power in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.
