When the Olean Common Council meets tonight, it will be asked to move the East Olean Reconstruction project ahead. The Mayor will submit findings from an environmental review which declares there will be no negative impacts under the State Environmental Quality Review Act. The project will involve major reconstruction of a portion of East State Street.
The Council will also consider transferring $26,000 to allow the Sewer Department to purchase a new truck.
