State Police in Kane say two Allegany County men could face Harassment charges for an incident that happened Champlin Hollow Road in Ceres…McKean County. Troopers say 24-year old Holden Faulkner and 19-year old Brock Faulkner, both of Richburg...allegedly struck, shoved and pushed a 19-year old Shinglehouse woman. Police charges are pending.
