Gregory E. Farr, of Allegany, New York,
entered a plea of guilty to Murder in the Second Degree, class A-I felony, to
satisfy a pending indictment. The
incident occurred on or about October 24, 2011, in the Town of Allegany, when
the defendant, with intent to cause the death of another person, caused the
death of STEPHEN L. BALSER.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 16, 2012.
