On Saturday - April 21, 2012, the New York State Police in Allegany County arrested ANTHONY R. FORD, 21, of Allentown, NY, subsequent to a physical altercation with his girlfriend that occurred in the Town of Willing. FORD was charged with Assault 3rd and arraigned in the Town of Wellsville court where he was released pending a future court date in the Town of Willing court.
