Sheriff’s deputies say a Cattaraugus County man is in trouble with the law. According to a police report, deputies arrested 50-year old Gerald Nason of Ashford…charging him with 2nd degree Reckless Endangerment. Police said while Nason had three dogs in his control, they attempted to attack a 19-year old man on Folts Road. He was arraigned and released to return to court at a later date.
This is the same guy who left 30 pigs to die in a frozen field several years ago. Sounds like he is not so good with animals.
