Wellsville woman takes plea deal in rape case

In Allegany County… a 24-year old woman will spend the next three years on probation. Vanessa Stewart of Wellsville took a plea deal. She received probation to admitting to Endangering the Welfare of a Child….compared to the rape charge she had faced for allegedly having sex with a boy under the age of 17. It happened near Wellsville almost two years ago.
