South Dayton man faces felony assault charge

A Cattaraugus County man will appear in court to answer a felony assault charge. Sheriff’s deputies say they charged 31-year old Jeremy Sanders of South Dayton following an incident at Rough Kutts bar in South Dayton. Police say he was jailed briefly on $200 bail and is due back in court at a later date.
