Reed co-sponsors tax cut bill

Congressman Tom Reed says he is co-sponsoring the Small Business Tax Cut Act. Reed says nearly two of every three new jobs is created by a small business,” Reed observed. He says small business owners in upstate New York are better at managing their money than Washington. The act gives small businesses with fewer than 500 employees a twenty percent tax deduction.
