A Smethport man has admitted he never stopped after striking a pedestrian on Champlin Road last October. 50-year old Jason Hills pleaded guilty in McKean County court Thursday. Prosecutors said Hills struck the pedestrian and continued on, failing to stop and offer help. He’ll be sentenced March 29th.
