Port Allegany teenager sent to prison

A Port Allegany teenager is headed off the state prison for three years. 19-year old Jacob Tarr had been convicted of burglary and theft. Prosecutors said he had several similar convictions. In handing down the sentence, Judge John Pavlock told Tarr he should know by now…he’s going to be caught.
