Olean: Bolivar woman charged with welfare fraud

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 51-year old Rhonda Fuller of route 417 in Bolivar. She was charged with welfare fraud, grand larceny and four counts of offering a false instrument for filing. She'll answer those charges April 10 in Olean city court. According to deputies, Fuller submitted child care attendance sheets to the Cattaraugus County DSS that included hours she wasn't working. Fuller received $6554.18 in daycare assistance January 2007 to December 2010 that she was not entitled to.
