McMullen found guilty

The Allegany-Limestone Middle School principal has been found guilty of harassment, a violation. The verdict was reached after a trial Thursday. Timothy McMullen has been on paid suspension since last summer. Thursday, he was found guilty of stalking an Allegany woman. His lawyer immediately said he'll appeal. McMullen will remain on paid leave. McMullen released this statement regarding the conviction:

"The prosecution brought no witnesses and no proof to support their false claims in this non-criminal case. We provided numerous witnesses and pieces of evidence that refuted every one of their false claims and lies. There were more mistakes made by the judge than one could count. We have already begun appealing this erroneous and ludicrous decision."
