Woman charged with DWI after nearly striking police car
Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 22-year old Christina Lemk of Little Valley. She was charged with DWI, having a blood alcohol content of .18, reckless driving, having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and other counts. Deputies said they stopped her on route 353 in Little Valley after they say her car crossed the center line and near hit their patrol car. She'll answer the charges in court February 22.

At 22 you would think the law of Drunk Driving would be pretty fresh in her mind.
