Following an investigation, Wellsville Police arrested Adam C. Satterlee, age 33 of Wellsville Charging him with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, reckless driving, operating out of class, 2 counts of a passed red light, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to stop at a stop sign. The charges stem from an incident that took place on February 22nd where Satterlee was involved in a vehicle pursuit that started in the Town of Wellsville and continued through the Village of Wellsville on a motorcycle. Satterlee was processed and issued an appearance ticket and released. Satterlee is due in Wellsville Village Court on March 6th at 5 pm to answer the charges.

Wellsville Police arrested Kevin O. Denner, age 22 of Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct. The charge stems from an incident that took place on February 4th on North Main Street in the Village. Denner was processed and arraigned before acting Village Justice Ames. Denner pled guilty and was fined $225.00. Denner paid his fine in full and was released.
