Wellsville Police arrested Megan L. Kozlowski and Cody A. Kozlowski, both age 22 of Wellsville, charging them each with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street in the Village. Both were processed and issued an appearance ticket and released. Both Kozlowski’s are due in Wellsville Village Court on March 6th at 5 pm.
