Wellsville Police Activity

Village police arrested Heather M Reynolds, 28, of Wellsville, charging her with forgery 2^nd and criminal possession of a forged instrument 2^nd.  The charges are the result of Reynolds forging a prescription for a controlled pain medication.  She was arraigned in village court and committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail to return at a later date. 

Village police arrested Susan J Saunders, 51, of Bolivar, charging her with petit larceny.  The charges stem from a complaint from Tops Market accusing her of shoplifting.  Saunders was processed and issued an appearance ticket for village court at a later date.
