Shinglehouse man charged with harassment

State police stationed in Coudersport report the arrest of 54-year old Danny Mertsock, E. Academy Street, Shinglehouse. He was charged with harassment and will answer the complaint in District Court. Troopers said Mertsock allegedly made repeated statements over time that caused annoyance and alarm to Bradley Buchholz of Shinglehouse.
