Coudersport woman charged in theft from nursing home

State police have charged Susan Peno of 2nd Street in Coudersport with theft. Troopers are accusing her of taking a fentanyl patch from a patient room at Sweden Valley Manor August 24, 2011. In a media release, Troopers Andrew Mincer said the woman got scared by the police involvement and allegedly tossed the patch into the trash.
