SBU Special Ticket Prices, Recognitions Announced For Wednesday's Game

BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – St. Bonaventure Athletic Department officials have announced special ticket prices, in addition to recognizing the women's basketball team for its work both on and off the court, at the men's game against Saint Joseph's on Wednesday at the Reilly Center. With students on Midterm Break, tickets for the game are buy-one, get-one half off, and all bleachers are $12 for one seat and $18 for two seats. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Ticket Office at 716-375-2500 or by logging on to Tickets.com. At halftime of the game, the No. 19/22 women's basketball team will be recognized for becoming just the seventh team in Atlantic 10 Conference history to complete a perfect league regular season. The Bonnies went 14-0 in the A-10 as part of their 27-2 record, and have earned the No. 1 seed at this weekend's 2012 Buick A-10 Women's Basketball Championship in Philadelphia. Also, during a timeout in the second half, the women will be recognized for raising $3,000 in support of the Kay Yow Foundation for breast cancer research. During its game against George Washington on Feb. 4, the team sold T-shirts and accepted donations as part of the Play 4Kay campaign. The game against Saint Joe's is a battle of teams vying for a first-round bye at next weekend's A-10 Men's Basketball Championship. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. from Bob Lanier Court.
