Coudersport-based troopers are investigating a case of fraud against the Roulette Fire Department. Troopers say the incident involves the unauthorized use of a credit card to purchase fuel in Port Allegany.
After a six month probe, state police have now filed charges against a Kane man. Troopers arrested 19-year old Kelsey Nelson of Paradise Drive for allegedly possessing marihuana and drug paraphernalia. The charges date back to September incident on route 6 in Ulysses.
