New low-income apartments to be built in Wellsville

A new low-income apartment complex in Wellsville has inched closer to reality. The Village’s Zoning Board of Appeals gave the green light for construction on Seneca Street near Riverwalk Plaza. Several residents have opposed the development. They were told they could voice their concerns with the village board on Monday. The $5.4 million project would create 28 housing units.
