More Meth arrests in Wellsville

Wellsville Police arrested Susan M. Smoker, age 32 of Wellsville, charging her with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and Speed in Zone.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville.  Smoker was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 bail.  Smoker is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 21^st at 9 am.

Wellsville Police acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Justin J. McPherson age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd and Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine 2^nd.  The charges stem from the January 26^th incident that took place at 23 South Main Street in the Village.  McPherson was transported from Erie County Holding Center to the Wellsville station where he was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Walsh.  McPherson was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $50,000.00 bail.  McPherson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 7^th at 5 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Wilbur L. Fountain, age 36 of Wellsville charging him with Criminal Contempt 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pine Street in the Village.  Fountain was processed and held pending arraignment in the morning.
