In McKean County...a hit and run car accident in Ludlow led to a countywide search that ended with state police charging a Sheffield woman. 32-year old Linda Holmes was charged with Careless Driving and several other counts. Troopers said Holmes lost control of her car on route 6...her vehicle spun through two yards, damaging property. After coming t a momentary stop. State police said the woman accelerated and fled the scene...but her vehicle was spotted and stopped by Kane Borough police.
